We directly provide locksmith services through our team of qualified and licensed technicians. Our services include emergency lockout assistance, lock installation and repair, key cutting and duplication, smart lock installation, safe opening, and car key programming.

4. Service Request and Acceptance

4.1 Request Submission

By submitting a service request through our website, phone, or other channels, you:

• Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
• Agree to be contacted by us and/or technicians for service coordination
• Understand that submission does not guarantee service availability
• Accept that pricing may vary based on specific requirements

4.2 Service Acceptance

We will make reasonable efforts to schedule your service promptly. However, we do not guarantee:

• Immediate availability of locksmiths during peak periods
• Service completion within specific timeframes (unless explicitly agreed)
• Availability for all types of locks or specialized security systems

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing Information

Prices displayed on our website are indicative estimates based on standard services. Final pricing is determined by:

• Specific lock type and brand
• Nature and complexity of the issue

• Accessibility and location

6. Service Delivery and Standards

6.1 Our Technician Standards

All LocksmithFast technicians:

• Hold valid trade licenses for locksmith services in UAE
• Are fully trained and certified professionals
• Use quality parts and genuine lock components
• Follow UAE safety and security regulations
• Provide written quotes before commencing work

6.2 Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the lock issue
• Ensure safe access to the property or vehicle
• Be present or arrange for authorized access during service
• Pay agreed amounts upon service completion
• Report any service issues within 24 hours

7. Warranty and Guarantees

7.1 Service Warranty

LocksmithFast provides warranties on all work:

• Lock Repair: 90-day warranty on workmanship
• New Locks: Manufacturer warranty applies
• Key Cutting: Free replacement if key doesn't work
• Installation: 90-day warranty on new lock installations

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues caused by external factors (power surges, water damage, etc.)
• Modifications made by unauthorized persons
• Failure to follow recommended maintenance

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel a service request:

• Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before scheduled appointment
• Late Cancellation: Less than 2 hours notice may incur a call-out fee
• No-Show: Failure to provide access may result in full call-out charge

8.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Service not performed as agreed
• Defective parts or workmanship (within warranty period)
• Overcharging beyond agreed quote

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Company Liability

LocksmithFast's liability is limited as follows:

• Workmanship defects
